Danbury Mint Shirley Temple Gift Bearer from the Christmas Doll Collection.  I believe she is from the mid 1990’s and is Mint in her Original Packaging, never removed.  She is 17 inches tall and has all accessories.   Includes certificate of ownership serial number E3929 sold originally to Ruth Temple.
